Reloading the App on an Android Tablet

If you are experiencing issues on your Android phone or tablet, and simply reloading the page does not solve the problem, you may want to try to reset the cache and cookies. Cache temporarily stores images, scripts, and other parts of websites while you are browsing. 

The instructions below are for Firefox for Android:

Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.

To clear cache and cookies, do the following:

1. Tap the menu button (either below the screen on some devices or at the top-right corner of the browser) and select Settings (you may need to tap More first) .
2. Tap Privacy and choose Clear now.
3. Only check next to Cookies & Active Logins and Cache and then tap "Clear data"
