How do I delete a pose from the canvas?

To remove a pose from the canvas, please hover over the pose you wish to remove, right click with your mouse and select "Delete Pose".  If you are using a Mac and cannot right click, simply press and hold the Ctrl key and then click your mouse key at the same.  For more on right clicking with a Mac, see this support article and video.
